Stellar service! Upfront and honest; from the sales team, service tech's, to the owner. Top-notch all around. Great products, reasonable pricing; new and used RV's, and some parts and accessories. These folks genuinely care about people and have a passion for what they do and helping other's. They are also very knowledgeable, have helpful tips and steer you in the direction that is best for you, not them. As we've traveled cross country, we have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to RV Sales and Service Center's, we give this place a 10!

Nice place just was not able to do business with them

I lost my house in the wildfires in Santa Rosa and bought an RV while we figured out where to live. I called Redwood Empire RV several weeks prior to the date I wanted to sell my RV for a very reasonable price, once we found a permanent housing solution. I was told twice on the phone by Tony in sales it was no problem, just bring it in and they would give me the NADA wholesale value for it, which I was ok with. So the week before I was ready to sell the RV I called to schedule a time to meet up with them since they led me to believe it was a done deal. The woman who answered the phone told me I needed to talk to Perry the owner and that she would leave him a message but it was up to him whether he would buy the RV or not. She was pretty cocky and rude. This was a surprise for me since Tony said it was pretty much a done deal. I called back several times every day for 5 days to try to get ahold of Perry the owner only to get the run around and not one single call was returned. I understand if they changed their mind and didn't want the RV, which is a 2017 still under warranty it would have taken Perry two minutes to call me back and say he wasn't interested. Instead he left me hanging all week after I had been counting on this. Now my lease on my campsite is running out and I am stuck. Just sharing my experience with how I was treated, hopefully your experience is better. I would give them zero stars but one is mandatory. I'd be happy to pull this review if they do what they said they were going to do.
